Getting started

Sign up or join your team

• To start a new organization, sign up free. You become its admin. Free covers up to 2 people, with unlimited agents.
• To join a team that already uses Praxis, ask its admin for an invitation link. Don't sign up separately: that creates a second, empty organization.
• To add more people than your plan covers, use Ask for more seats on the People page, or email contact@theorem-labs.com.

Accept your invitation

1. 01Open the invitation link you were sent.
2. 02Create an account, or sign in with the invited email address.
3. 03An organization invitation lets you create a new organization. You become its admin.
4. 04A teammate invitation adds you to an existing organization.

Create your first project

1. 01Open your organization and go to Projects.
2. 02Choose Create project.
3. 03Enter a name and a key, such as WEB. Tickets are numbered from the key: WEB-1, WEB-2.
4. 04Or choose Import from Praxis, Jira, Linear or Trello to start from existing work. See Import and export.

1 to 10 letters, A to Z

Can it change?

No. The key is permanent.

Connect an AI app

Every AI app uses the same address:

Add it in your app's connector or MCP settings, then sign in to Praxis when asked. Step-by-step instructions for each app are in Connect AI apps.

File your first ticket

1. 01On the board, choose New, or press c.
2. 02Write a specific title and description.
3. 03Choose a type, priority, assignee and, optionally, a parent epic.
4. 04Save, then move the ticket through the columns as work progresses.

You can use the board straight away. GitHub and AI apps are optional and can be added later.
