Privacy policy

Effective 7 November 2026

Praxis is a project tracker operated at praxis.theorem-labs.com by Theorem Labs, a trading name of Mahad Saleem (“Theorem Labs”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Praxis, including when you connect an AI app such as ChatGPT, Claude or Codex, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Praxis uses one session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use this information only to run Praxis for you and your organization. That means showing your team its work, sending the notifications you choose, keeping your account secure, and diagnosing problems. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use your workspace content to train AI models.

AI apps you connect

When you connect an AI app, you choose its organization, projects, and read-only or read-and-update access. The app can then read and change Praxis content only within that access, and never beyond your own permissions. What the app does with that content is governed by its provider’s terms and privacy policy, for example OpenAI’s for ChatGPT or Anthropic’s for Claude. You can see and disconnect every connected app in Settings › AI tools. Disconnecting takes effect immediately.

Who we share it with

Your organization’s members see the content in projects they can access, according to their roles. We use these service providers to run Praxis:

Integrations your organization sets up, such as GitHub links or outgoing webhooks, send the data those integrations describe to the service your organization chose. We disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the security of Praxis and its users.

Retention and deletion

We keep workspace content while your organization uses Praxis. A deleted ticket is hidden from everyone but kept so the project’s history stays consistent; ask us to erase it permanently. A deleted note is purged after a short undo window. Revoked keys and disconnected apps stop working immediately; we keep a record of them so past activity still shows who did it. Backups are kept for a limited period for recovery and then replaced. To delete your account or your organization’s data, or to export it, contact us. Anyone with access to a project can also export it from Praxis.

Security

Praxis is served only over HTTPS. Passwords, keys and sign-in tokens are stored as hashes. Each request is checked against your current permissions, so a role change or removal applies immediately to you and to every AI app you connected.

Your choices and rights

You can update your name and preferences, disconnect AI apps, and turn notifications off in Praxis. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights. If your organization manages your account, we may refer your request to its admin.

Children

Praxis is a work tool and is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will tell organization admins before it takes effect.
