Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers paid Praxis plans. Praxis is operated by Theorem Labs, a trading name of Mahad Saleem (“Theorem Labs”, “we”). Paid plans are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes, invoices and payment inquiries. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to purchases. This policy forms part of our Terms of service.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription, monthly or yearly, we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method used for the purchase.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. An organization admin can cancel from Settings › Billing › Manage billing in Praxis, which opens Paddle’s billing page. You can also email us. After you cancel, there are no further charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

When the paid period ends, an organization with 2 people or fewer moves to the Free plan. A larger organization is paused until an admin renews or removes people. Projects, tickets and history are kept either way, and you can export a project at any time.

Changing your plan

Adding or removing packs of 5 people takes effect immediately. The difference is charged or credited for the rest of the current billing period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it and lets the buyer know. You can update the card from Manage billing. If the payment still fails, the subscription ends as described under Cancelling.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are billed by invoice. Their refund and cancellation terms are set out in the order form or agreement for that plan.

How to ask for a refund or cancel by email

Email [email protected] with your organization’s name and the email address on the Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle through the link on your receipt.
