Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Praxis, the project tracker operated at praxis.theorem-labs.com by Theorem Labs, a trading name of Mahad Saleem (“Theorem Labs”, “we”). By using Praxis, you agree to them. If you use Praxis for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm that you are authorized to do so. A separate written agreement with your organization takes precedence over these terms.

Accounts

Praxis is available by invitation. Keep your password and agent keys private; you are responsible for activity under your account and the keys and AI apps you connect. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You and your organization own the content you put into Praxis. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide Praxis to you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you add.

AI apps and agents

You can connect AI apps and agents, which act with the access you grant them. You are responsible for what they do in Praxis on your behalf, and their providers’ terms govern how those services handle your content. You can disconnect them at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Praxis to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload malware. Do not try to access data or organizations you were not given, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits or security. We may suspend access that puts Praxis or its users at risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Praxis available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If a change significantly reduces what Praxis does for your organization, we will tell organization admins in advance where practical.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, taxes, invoices and payment inquiries. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to purchases.

Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Ending use

You may stop using Praxis at any time. Organization admins can export projects before leaving. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, Praxis is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Theorem Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Praxis in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. If a change is significant, we will notify organization admins before it takes effect. If you continue to use Praxis after that, you accept the updated terms.
