FAQ
Pricing questions.
Does Praxis include AI, or do we buy credits?
Neither. Praxis runs no model of its own and sells no AI add-on or credits. Your team connects the AI apps it already pays for, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor or Copilot in VS Code, and they do the work in Praxis over MCP. You pay Praxis for people only.
Do AI agents count as seats?
No. You pay for people. Every AI app you connect works on behalf of the person who connected it, with that person's access, and none of them is billed as a seat.
What counts as a person?
Anyone with their own sign-in to your organization. AI apps sign in on behalf of a person, so they never add to the count.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is for up to 2 people, with unlimited agents, projects and tickets. When a third person joins, the organization moves to Team.
How do packs work?
Team is sold in packs of 5 people: $5 a month per pack billed annually ($60 a year), or $6 a pack billed monthly, so annual billing saves 17%. Six people need two packs. Add a pack whenever you grow, up to 50 people. Agents never count toward a pack.
Will the price go up?
These are launch prices. Teams that join now keep them for as long as they stay subscribed.
What happens past 50 people?
Enterprise is $150 a month billed annually and covers up to 150 people, then $5 per 5 more. It adds invoice billing, onboarding and uptime commitments. A dedicated instance is $250 a month on top.
Can we bring our existing tickets?
Yes, on every plan. Import a Jira or Linear CSV, a Trello board export or a Praxis archive into a new project, and export any project whole whenever you like.
